Refunds & Billing

iOS purchases (Apple App Store)

All in-app purchases on iPhone/iPad are processed by Apple. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple, not by us.

Android purchases (Razorpay)

For Android purchases made via Razorpay, email us at 101panditapp@gmail.com with your transaction ID (from the invoice in your Wallet). We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

What are Vedic Tokens?

Vedic Tokens are the in-app currency used to access premium features — detailed kundli reports, palm-scan readings, deeper Panchang insights, and chat with Pandit Ji. Tokens are a one-time purchase; no auto-renewing subscription.

I purchased tokens but they didn't appear in my wallet.

Pull down on the Wallet screen to refresh. If tokens still don't show after 5 minutes, email us your transaction ID (visible on the App Store/Razorpay receipt) and we'll credit them manually within a few hours.

Will tokens auto-renew or be charged again?

No. Every token pack is a one-time purchase. You'll only be charged when you explicitly tap a pack and confirm the payment.

How do I get an invoice / GST receipt?

Open Wallet → Transaction History and tap the Invoice button next to any token purchase. Invoices are generated automatically for every successful transaction.

How do I delete my account?

Visit our Account Deletion page to submit a request, or email us at 101panditapp@gmail.com. Deletion is permanent and unspent tokens are non-refundable.

Can I switch the app to Hindi?

Yes. Open the side menu (top-left) → tap the language toggle. Switch freely between हिन्दी (Devanagari) and English at any time.

I'm seeing the wrong price on iOS.

Force-close and reopen the app to refresh prices from the App Store. If the wrong price still shows, email us with a screenshot.

How accurate are the readings?

101 Pandit uses authentic Vedic astrology calculations (sidereal zodiac, classical Parashari methods) combined with carefully tuned AI for interpretation. Readings are intended for guidance and entertainment, not as a substitute for professional medical, financial, or legal advice. See our Disclaimer for details.
